GuidanceNow mobile interface showing Connect Me, Guide Me and Assess Me

GuidanceNow provides mobile access to the GuidanceResources Online experience.

Immediate danger or risk of harm? Call 911 for immediate emergency assistance. For mental health, suicide, or substance use crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988. SSP can support people in distress but does not replace emergency or crisis services. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency services.

Getting started

Three steps to reach support

Your available services depend on the SSP program provided by your participating organization.

01

Register or sign in

Access SSP to register or sign in. When registering, use the identifier and organization information provided by the school, program, sponsor, insurer, or other partner through which you receive SSP. Select your participating organization when prompted.

02

Choose a journey

Select Connect Me, Guide Me, or Assess Me based on what would be most helpful right now.

03

Connect, explore, or schedule

Chat with a clinician, explore digital resources and provider information, receive personalized recommendations, or book an appointment when that service is available through your program.

You do not need to be in crisis. If something feels stressful, difficult, or hard to explain, that is enough reason to reach out.

Choose what feels right

2

Guide Me

Explore articles, tip sheets, videos, interactive tools, provider searches, and resources for mental health and everyday life concerns.

3

Assess Me

Complete a brief assessment across six care pillars—Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social, Legal, and Financial—and receive personalized, multistep Well-Being Plans.
